About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Planning Coordinator to join our fastpaced Planning Department. This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating and optimising the daily schedules of our field engineering team to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.Working closely with multiple departments, you will use our planning and routing systems to create efficient engineering routes, respond to changing priorities, and ensure all customer and contractual service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise daily engineer routes to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with field engineers throughout the day.
- Respond promptly to client requests and scheduling requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records within company systems.
- Liaise with the Stock Department to ensure engineers have the equipment and materials required for their appointments.
- Work closely with the Dialling Team to secure and manage customer appointments.
- Monitor workloads and make real\-time adjustments to schedules where necessary.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets are met.
- Previous route planning, scheduling, or logistics experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time\-management skills.
- Excellent problem\-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Re\-active approach to day\-to\-day issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple teams.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
