Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing administrative support, and enhancing overall efficiency within the organisation. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office management practices. The job role will also involve dealing with potential customers and making sales which could potentially add commission to the standard salary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up\-to\-date records.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Provide clerical support including filing, organising documents, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain an organised office environment conducive to productivity.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management principles.
- Competent in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: £14\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
