The role
We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) team on a fixed\-term (CDD), 6 month contract to reinforce the DRS Operations team during a period of elevated delivery, support and process enhancement.
Reporting to our DRS Digital Program manager, your responsibilities will include:
Operational Monitoring \& Coordination
- Oversee Case Connect processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Provide flexible support across operational activities in line with evolving business needs
- Manage ticket lifecycle (triage, prioritisation, follow\-up) to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain data quality and consistency; support team continuity as required
- Track and analyse ticket trends to support prioritisation and backlog management
- Develop dashboards and reporting to enhance operational visibility
- Coordinate cross\-functional resolution of incidents across business and technical teams
- Capture insights to strengthen processes and reduce recurrence
- Identify process gaps and support system and workflow enhancements
- Contribute to change requests and testing (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Support and contribute to department‑wide initiatives as requested

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a degree or diploma in a discipline relevant to this position and/or experience in handling financial data, billing or client services;
- Can demonstrate strong numerical, administrative and interpersonal skills;
- Are a fast learner who is motivated to acquire in\-depth functional knowledge of DRS practices, processes and tools.
- Are proficient in Microsoft tools;
- Are detail oriented, autonomous and accountable with problem\-solving capabilities;
- Are able to meet reporting obligations, communicate effectively with teammates and adopt a transparent, coordinated approach to tasks and projects;
- Can demonstrate full proficiency in English and French. Another language/s is a plus.
