Key Responsibilities

• Operational Lead, you will ensure the smooth running of the building each day with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.


• Guest Experience, you will oversee the full guest journey from arrival to departure and ensure service standards are upheld at all times.


• Property Management, you will complete regular building checks, manage maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all areas are consistently presented to a high standard.


• Team Oversight, you will manage cleaning teams, maintenance contractors, and external service providers.


• First Point of Contact, you will handle on site issues in real time and always resolve them in a professional manner.


• Inventory Management, you will ensure apartments are fully stocked and operationally ready for guests.


• Compliance and Safety, you will uphold health and safety procedures, including fire safety checks and any required building protocols.


• Reporting, you will monitor building performance, escalate issues, and keep senior management updated on operations and opportunities to improve.

• Previous experience in operations, or hospitality management, ideally within serviced apartments and/or hotels


• Confident in managing a site independently and able to handle a wide range of issues day to day.


• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management.


• Clear and confident communicator with a guest\-first mindset.


• Comfortable using property management systems and standard digital tools such as Mews, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.


• Practical and proactive approach with the ability to fix issues or coordinate the right contractors quickly.


• Experience working with cleaning and maintenance teams.


• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £44,000\.00\-£55,000\.00 per year
