Operations Manager

You'll know the difference between a hotel that runs and one that runs well — and you'll have the financial grounding to prove it on the P\&L as well as on the floor.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead the day\-to\-day running of the hotel, with a particular focus on commercial performance and guest experience across all operational departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and motivating heads of department across front office, food \& beverage, and housekeeping to deliver consistent, brand\-standard service


• Working closely with the General Manager to set and drive commercial targets, tracking performance and adjusting operational plans accordingly


• Ensuring guest experience remains seamless across every touchpoint, resolving escalations and maintaining brand standards throughout


• Collaborating with department heads to maximise commercial results while managing costs and rota efficiency


• Maintaining a safe, secure and compliant environment for guests and team members


• Supporting recruitment, development and engagement of the wider team, helping build a culture people want to stay in
