We are looking for a Temporary Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and execution. This role enhances and elevates the employee and customer experience through best\-in\-class operational optimization and implementation for the store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities
\* Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
\* Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, solve issues, and propose improvements.
\* Optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
\* Manage and develop teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency and professional growth.
\* Manage cash management processes and controls, ensure compliance with legal requirements
\* Collaborate with P\&D, payroll, AP, facilities and other departments on joint initiatives.
\* Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Competencies
- Ability to interpret metrics, dashboards, and data insights (advanced Excel)
\* Ability to lead digitalization initiatives and drive adoption.
\* Use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, or process efficiency.
