Tangerine is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support three hospitality venues within our growing group.

This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving operational excellence, developing high\-performing teams, and delivering strong commercial results. Working closely with venue leadership teams, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency, maintaining exceptional standards, and identifying opportunities to improve performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of three hospitality venues.


• Lead, coach, and support venue management teams to achieve business objectives.


• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies.


• Monitor key business metrics including sales, labour, gross profit, and guest satisfaction.


• Ensure company standards, compliance requirements, and brand expectations are consistently achieved.


• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement operational best practices.


• Support recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.


• Produce regular performance reports and action plans for senior leadership.

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager role within hospitality.


• Strong understanding of multi\-site operations and performance management.


• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and profitability.


• Proven ability to develop and motivate management teams.


• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.


• A proactive approach with a focus on delivering measurable business improvements.


• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
