<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>As a Operations Manager at <strong>1553-1555 Botany Rd, Botany NSW 2019, Australia</strong>, you will lead operations across a cluster of depots, ensuring excellence in customer service, fleet availability, and operational efficiency. You will coach and support Operations Supervisors to consistently implement standard operating procedures and hit key performance targets. This is a leadership position with high impact and visibility, reporting directly to the Regional Director.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p>As a Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a cluster of depots, ensuring they run efficiently, consistently, and in line with Indie Campers’ standards. You’ll be the key link between local teams and central functions, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborating with Depot Leaders across multiple locations</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with SOPs and high standards of customer service</li>
<li>Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve performance</li>
<li>Collaborating with Central Ops, Finance, and HR teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>7–10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality)</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots</strong></li>
<li>Comfortable acting on operational KPI data</li>
<li>Amenable to commute to and from the Depot: 1553-1555 Botany Rd, Botany NSW 2019, Australia</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and fluency in English</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans</li>
<li>A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments</li>
<li>Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed</li>
<li>Interest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervans<br><br></li>
