Operations Manager – Safety Jogger Works

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will act as the operational right hand of the General Director.

Your role as Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you drive operational excellence across the organisation. As the right hand of the General Director, you translate strategy into execution, optimise performance and ensure operations support growth across the organisation.

You lead the Customer Service Team Leads across multiple locations and work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, ICT and Marketing to streamline processes, improve efficiency and deliver measurable business results.

Job description

• Strategic operational leadership

+ Act as the operational right hand of the General Director, translating strategic vision into operational objectives and measurable results.
+ Prepare and lead operational review meetings in close collaboration with the General Director.
+ Report at the executive level on performance, operational bottlenecks and improvement initiatives.

• Data, dashboards \& reporting

+ Drive a data\-driven operational culture throughout the organisation.
+ Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting structures that provide management with real\-time visibility into business performance.

• Process optimisation \& workflows

+ Develop, optimise and standardise workflows and processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
+ Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis and lead improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation.
+ Conduct benchmarking and cross\-functional analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Automation \& digitalisation

+ Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across operations, customer service and administrative functions.
+ Streamline and digitalise processes to increase scalability, efficiency and speed.
+ Collaborate with ICT and external partners on the implementation of new tools and systems.

• Logistics performance

+ Monitor and oversee end\-to\-end logistics performance in close collaboration with the logistics team.
+ Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement sustainable, long\-term solutions.
+ Define, monitor and maintain operational SLAs in line with commercial commitments.

• People management \& cross\-functional collaboration

+ Provide daily leadership, coaching and development for the Customer Service Team Leads.
+ Establish clear priorities, effective communication and a strong culture of ownership within the team.
+ Work closely with Sales to ensure operations actively support and enable business growth.
+ Act as the operational link between Sales, Logistics, Finance and ICT, fostering effective cross\-functional collaboration.

Who are you?

• Education \& Experience

+ You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
+ You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in an operations or management role.
+ You have proven experience with data analysis, KPI management and process optimisation.
+ Experience with AI applications and automation projects is considered a strong asset.
+ You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

• Languages

+ You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
+ Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.

+ Je detecteert en implementeert AI\- en automatiseringsopportuniteiten binnen operations, customer service en administratieve processen.

• Logistieke performance

+ Je volgt de end\-to\-end logistieke performance op en bewaakt deze samen met het logistieke team.

Wie ben jij?

• Opleiding \& ervaring

+ Je beschikt over een bachelor\- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain of een gelijkaardige richting.
+ Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een operationele of leidinggevende functie.
+ Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met data\-analyse, KPI\-management en procesoptimalisatie.
+ Ervaring met AI\-toepassingen en automatiseringsprojecten is een sterke troef.
+ Je hebt ervaring met ERP\- en CRM\-systemen.
