Operations Manager
About N3W ANGLE
N3W ANGLE was created by people who know what it means to get it wrong \- and how to turn it around.
We work with vulnerable young people at risk of exploitation, violence, and disengagement. Through mentoring, workshops, and sport, we help young people change how they think \- so they can re\-write their story.
Since 2024, we’ve worked with over 2,000 young people across Reading, partnering with schools, youth justice services and local authorities.
Our work is real. It’s relational. And it’s rooted in lived experience.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team.
This is one of the most important roles in N3W ANGLE.
While our mentors work directly with young people, this role makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly \- referrals are managed, invoices are raised, safeguarding systems are maintained, staff are organised, and our partners receive the professional communication and reporting they expect.
