We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day\-to\-day operations at Dalmeny Park House Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.


• Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and wider hotel teams.


• Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational costs to support business performance targets.


• Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to maintain exceptional service standards.


• Ensuring all operational procedures, brand standards, and company policies are consistently followed.


• Supporting the delivery of weddings, events, restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations where required.


• Maintaining high standards of health safety, compliance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.


• Working closely with senior management to drive revenue, performance, and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior management role within hospitality.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.


• A proactive, hands\-on management style with strong problem\-solving skills.


• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.


• Experience managing budgets, labour controls, and operational performance targets.


• Ability to perform effectively in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.


• Professional presentation and a positive, approachable manner.
