Operations Manager
Operations Manager Red Hall Hotel
At Red Hall Hotel, we are entering an exciting new chapter.
We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help shape the future of our hotel, restaurant, weddings, events, and guest experience. This is not simply an operations role. It is a leadership role for someone who understands hospitality deeply, notices the details others miss, and knows how to create experiences people genuinely want to return to.
You will oversee the day to day operation of the hotel whilst leading our Sales \& Relationships team, helping drive corporate business, leisure stays, celebrations, dining experiences, and events.
This role would suit someone commercially minded, highly organised, creative, emotionally intelligent, and naturally people focused. Someone who understands both the numbers and the atmosphere. The systems and the feeling.
We are particularly looking for a strong leader who can bring warmth, elegance, professionalism, and energy to the business whilst developing a culture where both guests and teams feel cared for.
The Role
You will oversee and coordinate all operational departments across the hotel, restaurant, weddings, functions, and guest services, ensuring every area runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Directors and lead the Sales \& Relationships function to grow revenue, strengthen partnerships, and build a vibrant calendar of events and experiences that keep guests returning throughout the year.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, visible, and involved.
