OnTarget Range opened April 2015, as a destination for Airgun shooters in the Midlands, today we have more than 1200 members of the Air Rifle Club, and 80 \+ members of our Home Office Approved Live Fire club.

We attract a wide range of customers from seasoned shooters to experience seekers.

We are looking to move into a period of growth for the business taking on new product lines, and extending existing.

We are open to our customers 6 Days a Week for Air Rifle Shooting, and the Live Club operates Fri, Sat \& Sundays.

We have a fully stocked shop and a coffee shop on site.

Role Summary Role and responsibilities

As OnTarget is a small business there is a requirement for all colleagues to be flexible and able to perform a variety of roles, which include;

· Briefing customers in the use of the Air Rifles

· Taking bookings for the Range over the telephone using the bespoke computer system

· Product Sales

· End of Day financial reconciliation

Additional specific tasks relevant to the role include;

· Stock Control

· Purchasing \& Procurement

· Projects and IT initiatives to enhance and support existing business

· Invoicing

· Liaising with the Police for Licencing \& membership administration

· Marketing

· Advertising

· Live Range Control – Range Conducting Officer Training provided \* Nationally recognised Course

· Gun Smithing – Training Provided

· Checking and Maintaining Range Equipment

Retail experience

Co\-ordinating of small projects

Inventory \& Stock Management

Supplier Management

Role is subject to a 3\-month probationary period
