Duties

- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for the timely movement of materials and finished products.

- Maintain organised work areas, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in training new volunteers or staff members on equipment and procedures as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback based on operational observations.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands\-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Demonstrated ability in assembly work and process optimisation.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential for volunteers eager to develop skills.
