Operations Manager – Italian & Spanish Speaker

Now, we're looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of key strategic initiatives that will fuel our next stage of growth.

Your mission:

• Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL’s rapid growth


• Work cross\-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges


• Lead strategic projects with real\-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go\-to\-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1\-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)


• Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions


• Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution


• Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and levels


• Speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus
