Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Serviced Apartment Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our property and delivering remarkable service to our guests. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be overseeing day\-to\-day operations and maintaining high standards.

Essential Experience

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in reception within the hospitality industry, in either serviced apartments or hotels.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Clear communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage relationships cross departments

  • Understanding the current market and an idea of our competitors

  • Excellent attention to detail, organising skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Opera is preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the general day to day management of the front office, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and administrative task.

  • Managing administrative tasks such rostering, payroll, invoicing and ordering

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, streamline operations, and increase revenue.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards by all staff members.

  • Play a vital role in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance to maintain a skilled and motivated team.

  • Effectively resourcing your department with the right people in the right place at the right time with the right tools to get the job done

  • Establish strong, personable relationships with guests and team members

  • Handling and resolving problems in a timely fashion

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to recommend improvements and maintain a competitive edge.
