We are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join a well\-established and growing Fire \& Security business.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the day\-to\-day operational performance of the business, including service delivery, engineering teams, customer relationships, staff performance, commercial performance and continued business growth.

The role would suit an experienced Operations Manager, Service Manager, Regional Manager or senior Fire \& Security professional looking to take on a broader leadership position with real influence across the business.

• Experience at Operations Manager, Service Manager, Regional Manager, National Manager or similar level


• Strong understanding of Fire \& Security operations


• Experience managing engineering and operational teams


• Strong people management and leadership skills


• Experience managing KPIs, performance and operational reporting


• Strong commercial awareness


• Experience managing budgets, costs and margins


• Strong customer and key account management skills


• Experience improving operational processes and service delivery


• Comfortable managing multiple teams and priorities


• Able to operate strategically while remaining involved in the day\-to\-day running of the business


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Technical Fire \& Security background advantageous

• Take overall responsibility for day\-to\-day operational delivery


• Lead and manage engineering, service and operational teams


• Support and develop Managers, Supervisors, Engineers and support staff


• Drive productivity, utilisation and team performance


• Oversee planning, scheduling and resource allocation


• Manage service, maintenance, installation and project activity


• Ensure customer SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved


• Monitor operational KPIs and performance


• Manage operational budgets, costs and profitability


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency


• Manage key client relationships and operational escalations


• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development


• Drive performance management and employee retention


• Work closely with senior management on business strategy and growth


• Support the implementation of new systems, processes and structures


• Ensure strong Health \& Safety and compliance standards are maintained


• Ensure teams have the necessary resources, training and support to perform effectively


• Contribute to operational planning and long\-term business development

Pay: €80,000\.00\-€100,000\.00 per year
