Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Manage and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment centred on teamwork and continuous improvement
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales potential
- Develop and implement sales management initiatives to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall organisational performance
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Organise schedules, meetings, and training sessions to enhance team productivity
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee administrative documentation
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Proven management experience within retail or sales sectors, with demonstrated success in supervising teams
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide staff towards achieving organisational goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or related fields is highly desirable
- Organisational skills with a focus on time management and prioritisation of tasks
- Administrative experience including report writing, data analysis, and utilisation of organisational tools
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and professional customer service practices
- Previous experience in team management roles requiring supervision of staff across various functions
