Why join Swarva

Swarva is a personal care brand built by a small team in Kent, selling to customers in the US and beyond. We launched in summer 2025 and grew to 8 figures in annual revenue within our first 14 months, with tens of thousands of subscribers through our own website, Amazon and Walmart, and we're aiming much higher. You'd be joining early enough that this isn't a cog\-in\-the\-machine job: you'll be our first dedicated operations hire, working directly with the founders, and the systems you build become how this company runs.

The role

You'll own our supply chain end to end: forecasting demand, planning stock, managing our supplier relationships, and making sure our costs stay accurate and under control.

Salary is £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to measurable results (stock availability, cost savings, money recovered). Hybrid working, based in Kent.

What you'll do

  • Own the demand forecast across our website (including subscription demand) and all our marketplaces; maintain stock cover targets and flag overstock or understock risk before it happens

  • Recommend purchase order timing and quantities, then place and track orders through production and shipping so stock lands when it's needed

  • Own day\-to\-day communication with our supply chain partners (factories, sourcing/fulfilment agent, 3PL) and enforce agreed terms: after\-sales agreements, fee schedules, shipping cost rules

  • Check every supplier invoice line by line against agreed rates, maintain a written fee schedule for each partner, and chase every discrepancy

  • Run the supplier claims pipeline: batch claims for defects and fulfilment errors, chase credits, and make sure replacement shipments caused by supplier faults are billed to the supplier, not us

  • Coordinate inbound Amazon FBA shipments with our Amazon agency across our five marketplaces (US, UK, CA, AU and Walmart)

  • Own shipping line decisions and costs; monitor transit times

  • Track defect and complaint rates by batch and product, and manage quality issues with suppliers through to resolution

  • Maintain true landed cost per unit (product, freight, fees, duties) and actively find ways to reduce costs

  • Document everything you build as SOPs, so operations runs on systems, not memory. You're building the playbook for the function you'll grow into leading
Who you are
  • 2\+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain or stock planning, ideally where you managed stock flow from overseas suppliers (import, produce or consumer goods background a plus)

  • You've dealt with the real\-world mess: delayed containers, customs issues, supplier disputes, forecasting when demand shifts

  • Analytical and data\-driven: strong with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), and comfortable building forecasts and cost analyses from scratch

  • Sharp eye for detail: you're the type who catches errors on supplier invoices

  • A clear communicator who builds good working relationships with suppliers and partners, including overseas

  • Hungry to take ownership and grow with a business, not just do a job
What you'll get
  • £35,000–£40,000 base plus performance bonus

  • Real ownership of a whole function, working directly with the founders

  • Accelerated growth: as the company scales, this role grows into leading the operations function you built

  • A seat at the table for supplier negotiations, product launches and growth decisions from day one: exposure that takes years to reach in a bigger company
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress

  • Company pension
