Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations to meet organisational objectives efficiently and effectively
- Manage and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
- Implement organisational policies and procedures to uphold standards of quality and safety
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and develop strategies to enhance revenue streams
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff
- Organise schedules, meetings, and operational activities to maximise productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operational areas
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, budgeting support, and record keeping
- Proven management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams effectively
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management capabilities
- Effective communication skills in both spoken and written forms; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience in retail or sales management is preferred, with an understanding of merchandising principles
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and record keeping
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in diverse situations
- Organised approach to problem\-solving with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment
Pay: £28,580\.12\-£35,000\.00 per year
