They will enable the efficient management of operational processes across research support, HR administration, finance, facilities, governance and events, ensuring that the Directorate operates effectively and that academic and research staff are supported to deliver their objectives.
About You
You’ll be an excellent administrator, able to deliver your own tasks whilst leading a team and supporting the individuals within it. You’ll be customer focused and values\-driven, able to work flexibly and responding to stakeholders’ needs whilst maintaining routine and planned activities. A team player, you’ll be able to deputise for the Head of Operations; be the ‘go to’ person for all operational matters; and be able to build relationships across the School and wider University community.
