Location: Wimbledon Business Centre, Riverside Road, London SW17 0BA
Contract: Fixed\-term contract (6 months: April–September)
Salary: (negotiable) – fixed term / potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (1\-hour lunch break)
Working Pattern: Office\-based
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations \& Logistics Administrator to support the Operations Manager across logistics, procurement, crew coordination, and general office administration.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics (25%)
- Coordinate and confirm truck bookings for overseas projects well in advance
- Liaise with Project Managers to arrange vehicle hire for equipment collection and delivery
- Assist with booking drivers and company vehicles
- Support transport coordination for events and projects
- Work with the Workshop Manager to maintain appropriate stock levels of materials and supplies
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive pricing without compromising quality
- Ensure purchase orders are accurately recorded and processed on time
- Monitor deliveries and resolve supply or warehouse issues as required
- Support recruitment and maintenance of crew databases for different skill sets
- Assist with booking crew members based on project requirements
- Arrange travel and accommodation, including flights, trains, hotels, car hire, and transport
- Coordinate local crew for loading and unloading at project locations
- Schedule annual servicing for company vehicles and machinery
- Ensure health \& safety compliance routines are completed on schedule
- Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are replenished
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
