Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator

Help MR MARVIS deliver the perfect experience across every channel by coordinating the flow of our collection from warehouse to customer. As our Operations \& Fulfilment Coordinator, you are the central link between our logistics partners, our retail stores, and our headquarters. You’ll ensure that whether a customer shops online or in one of our vibrant retail stores, the "behind the scenes" magic happens flawlessly.

What you'll do
------------------

• Coordinate Operational Flow: Support day\-to\-day activities across the warehouse, retail, and customer experience teams to keep the business moving.


• Manage Inbound Logistics: Take charge of inbound deliveries and stock intake, ensuring every garment is accurately accounted for and ready for sale.


• Support Retail \& HQ: Process orders, replenishment requests, and stock movements to ensure our stores are always perfectly stocked.


• Refine the Returns Process: Monitor and process returns and inventory discrepancies, ensuring a smooth flow back into our stock.


• Maintain System Accuracy: Keep our ERP system up to date and act as the first point of contact for operational troubleshooting.


• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and translate operational data into practical recommendations to help us scale.

What you'll bring
---------------------

You are a proactive problem\-solver who enjoys diving into the details of logistics while never losing sight of the customer experience. You’ll bring:

• Solid Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.


• Relevant Experience: Initial experience in logistics or fulfilment, preferably within an e\-commerce or fast\-paced scale\-up environment.


• Analytical Mindset: Confidence working with operational systems (ERP) and tools like Excel/Google Sheets to translate data into action.


• Hands\-on Mentality: You are comfortable in a dynamic environment where processes are still being built and refined.


• Strong Communication: Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus) and the ability to act as a central contact point for diverse internal stakeholders.
