Operations Director for a serviced healthcare facility

Health Village Esher is a busy, growing healthcare hub playing host to almost thirty different healthcare providers. We are looking for an extremely organised people manager with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of the practice and support the owner to deliver our business goals.

The Role

You will:

• Deliver a consistently standout experience to practitioners and patients


• Lead a team of front desk colleagues to ensure outstanding service


• Always ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility and everyone in it


• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the team’s day to day activity


• Use accounting software and Excel to send out monthly invoices


• Liaise with owner on near-daily basis to work through ongoing plans


• Coordinate and support with building maintenance and service improvements


• Nurture future business leads and provide tours to potential providers

• Extremely well organised with a meticulous eye for detail


• Proficient at creating and implementing processes


• Thrives around people to provide a polished service to practitioners and patients


• Able to work to tight timescales, working through detailed to-do lists


• Motivated, responsible, takes the initiative, able to manage time independently

Flexible hours contract.

This is a part time role paid on an hourly basis for approximately 20 hours per week.

Income estimate £24k. Full time equivalent is approx £35k to £42k per annum.

Working hours to be agreed based on practice opening hours.
