Rocket Espresso UK is the official UK operation for Rocket Espresso — one of the world's most respected espresso machine brands.

Following the joining of forces between Pro Espresso and Espresso Commercial, and built on more than five years as Rocket Espresso's main UK distributor, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer\-focused Operations Coordinator to play a central role in the business.

Ideally, you'll have experience working within the coffee industry, whether that's with domestic espresso machines, commercial coffee equipment, a coffee roastery, or a related coffee business. Bristol\-based candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

This is a varied position overseeing customers, engineers, stock, spare parts, orders, logistics and day\-to\-day operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating machine orders, deliveries and installations


• Managing customer, dealer and supplier communications


• Coordinating service scheduling, warranty claims and technical administration


• Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring parts are dispatched efficiently to customers and engineers


• Liaising with customers to resolve service, parts and operational enquiries


• Overseeing stock movements, logistics and operational systems


• Helping improve internal processes as the business continues to grow

• Experienced in the coffee industry, ideally through working with home espresso machines, commercial coffee equipment, coffee roasters or coffee service businesses


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Excellent at managing stock, spare parts and operational processes


• Confident communicating with customers, engineers, suppliers and dealers


• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities


• Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and CRM platforms


• Proactive, reliable and commercially aware


• Passionate about coffee and customer service
