Operations Coordinator
SCP Contracts is an established company in the design industry having worked directly with architects and interior designers for over 30 years, specifying furniture for workplace, hospitality and high\-end residential projects. From hotels to houses, we take pride in offering a balanced, thoughtful and creative approach in our projects. We advise, consult and procure furniture while also liaising and maintaining strong supplier rapports.
SCP Contracts is looking for a highly organised and customer\-focused Operations Coordinator to manage order processing, daily operational support, delivery and installation bookings and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Check supplier order confirmations and log orders
Manage order schedule to ensure supplier orders are dispatched and received on time.
Coordinate with suppliers, installation teams \& warehouse
Schedule and confirm client delivery \& installs
Support day\-to\-day warehouse and logistics operations
Resolve product \& delivery issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements
Experience within the high\-end furniture or home retail industry is an advantage
Previous experience in operations, logistics, retail, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience using Sage software \& Monday.com preferred
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
