Lash Heaven is a UK supplier of professional eyelash extension products, trusted by lash artists and salons across the UK. Based in Ruislip, we sell high\-quality products through our Shopify store and our shop, and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and fast, accurate order fulfilment.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person to lead the day\-to\-day running of our shop and warehouse. You'll be the steady hand that keeps orders moving, stock accurate and customers happy.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part\-time work in a friendly, growing beauty business. You'll mainly work independently, with the owner on\-site part\-time, so we're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and can be trusted to run things.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 4:45pm, with a 30\-minute unpaid lunch (18\.75 hours per week). No evenings or weekends.
What You'll Be Doing
*Operations \& Warehouse*
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Receive deliveries and organise incoming stock.
- Carry out regular stock counts and keep inventory accurate.
- Update inventory and products in Shopify.
- Keep the warehouse and shop clean, organised and well labelled.
- Identify low stock and help prepare purchase orders.
- Serve customers who visit our Ruislip shop.
- Respond to customer emails professionally and warmly.
- Help with order enquiries, delivery tracking and product questions.
- Maintain the excellent customer service Lash Heaven is known for.
- Keep accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Support general business administration.
- Help improve processes so operations run smoothly.
- Reply to customer comments and messages on social media.
- Help film simple product demonstrations, packing videos and behind\-the\-scenes content.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Canva AI for simple content and day\-to\-day tasks (training provided).
We're looking for someone dependable and positive who takes pride in their work. Ideally you'll have:
- Experience running or managing a warehouse, stockroom, shop or eCommerce operation.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Clear written and spoken English for customer emails and calls.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Confidence using Instagram and Facebook.
- Experience with Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
- An interest in AI tools and technology.
- An interest in the beauty or lash industry.
- Consistent weekday hours with no evenings or weekends
