Every product is crafted with high\-potency natural ingredients, formulated in small batches, and stamped with a freshness date. We sell direct\-to\-consumer and through a curated network of premium retail and spa partners across Europe and beyond. NUORI is backed by Twelve50Five, a Danish brand house that acquires and builds Scandinavian lifestyle brands with a long\-term, operator\-led approach.
Purpose of the Role
The Operations Coordinator is the person who keeps NUORI running day to day. You own the operational backbone of the business \- making sure products move in and out of our warehouses on time, inventory is accurately tracked, customers get fast and helpful responses, and the commercial team has the support it needs to focus on selling. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in getting things right, and finds satisfaction in making complex logistics feel simple. You are not managing strategy or leading teams \- you are the reliable engine that everyone else depends on.

Core Responsibilities
*Logistics and Fulfilment*
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring products move efficiently between suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Handle B2B shipments to wholesale accounts
- Keep a clear overview of all logistics flows \- domestic, international, and US warehouse
- Operate and maintain our ERP system (Traede) with accurate, real\-time inventory data
- Communicate regularly with warehouse partners
- Proactively flag when stock levels need attention and when we need to prioritize low stock between customers and orders
- Handle all inbound customer service communication from both end consumers and wholesale partners
- Respond with care and speed
- Keep a structured log of recurring requests, complaints, and product feedback, surfacing patterns that help the wider team improve
- Support the Head of Sales and the sales team with order processing, reorder outreach, and day\-to\-day B2B communication
- Help identify accounts that need special attention \- training visits, follow\-up calls, or escalations
- Handle basic website maintenance \- adding product descriptions and content for new launches
- Make sure internal tools and customer\-facing platforms are working as expected
- Head of Finance \& Operations \- your direct manager and the person you escalate to
- Head of Sales \- B2B order flow and account support
- Digital Growth Director \- website updates and e\-commerce platform health
- Holding company operations team \- financial reporting and process design
- External warehouse partners
- Day\-to\-day operations run smoothly and predictably
- Orders go out on time, inventory data is accurate, and customer inquiries are handled quickly and warmly
- The sales team feels genuinely supported and can focus on relationships and growth
- You proactively flag potential problems before they escalate
- Over time, you improve the processes you inherit \- making them faster, clearer, and more reliable
- Marketing, social media, or content creation
- Product development or supplier negotiations
- Business development or landing new wholesale accounts \- that belongs to the sales team
- Graphic design or creative work
- Commercial strategy or budget management

What We're Looking For
- 1\-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or a similar coordination role (not a hard requirement \- willingness and ability to learn fast is higher valued)
- Ideally in a consumer brand or e\-commerce environment
- Structured, detail\-oriented, and action\-biased \- you see a problem and fix it rather than waiting to be told
- Comfortable working in ERP systems and quick to pick up new tools
- Clear and calm communicator, even when things are busy
- Genuine care for the customer experience and pride in getting the small things right
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus but not a requirement
