Job Overview
Rocket Espresso UK is the official UK operation for Rocket Espresso — one of the world’s most respected espresso machine brands.

Following the joining of forces between Pro Espresso and Espresso Commercial, and built on more than 5 years as Rocket Espresso’s main UK distributors, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Operations Coordinator to play a central role in the business.

This is a varied position overseeing customers, engineers, stock, orders, logistics and day\-to\-day operations across the company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating machine orders, deliveries \& installations


• Managing customer, dealer \& supplier communication


• Supporting service scheduling, warranty \& technical admin


• Overseeing stock movements, logistics \& operational systems


• Helping improve internal processes as the business grows

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Calm under pressure and good at multitasking


• Confident communicating with customers \& suppliers


• Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets \& CRM platforms


• Proactive, reliable and commercially aware

Experience in operations, logistics, service coordination, hospitality, coffee equipment or technical environments would be beneficial.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
