Operations \& Content Assistant

Location: Radcliffe, Greater Manchester

Hours: 25–40 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday with regular Saturday working required

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

About Us

We are a growing healthcare services company operating clinics across the United Kingdom. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive individual to join our Radcliffe office.

This is a long\-term opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to become an important part of a growing business. The successful candidate will initially work between 25 and 40 hours per week depending on experience, skill set and availability, with opportunities for increased responsibility and hours in the future.

The Role

This is a varied position that combines administration, customer service, office management, social media support and business development.

No two days will be the same, and the successful candidate will be expected to assist across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to enquiries

  • Making outbound calls to customers, partners and business contacts

  • General administration and data entry

  • Managing emails and office correspondence

  • Supporting business development activities

  • Contacting local businesses and organisations to introduce our services

  • Attending team meetings and assisting with implementation of projects

  • Maintaining office organisation and cleanliness

  • Carrying out a thorough office clean at least once per week

  • Supporting management with day\-to\-day operational tasks

  • Assisting with new projects and growth opportunities as they arise
Social Media \& Content Creation Responsibilities

A key part of this role will involve helping grow the company's online presence through regular content creation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

  • Assisting with content ideas and content planning

  • Recording educational, promotional and behind\-the\-scenes content

  • Basic video editing using mobile apps or simple editing software

  • Uploading content to company social media accounts

  • Providing content to our social media and marketing team

  • Helping ensure a consistent flow of content is produced each week
We are not looking for a professional videographer or content creator. However, applicants must be comfortable recording videos, editing basic short\-form content and uploading content regularly.

Previous experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms is required. Personal Social accounts experience is fine.
