Job Purpose Statement
The role of the Operations Co\-ordinator is to take full responsibility for all aspects of taking, processing and delivering our products and services to our customers. Being the face of the company and being professional and courteous at all times. Using the resources and team available to them, they will ultimately be accountable for ensuring that the orders placed by our customers are fulfilled to the specification that has been requested and delivered at the time stated. This includes ensuring that the team delivers the highest level of customer service to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You must be willing to work on a shift rota (Given by Operations Manager), including evenings and weekends.
Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Working as a part of the Operations Team to manage the orders inbox, inputting and updating orders, assisting logistics and general support to the Operations Manager.
- Keep the Operations Manager informed of any potential delays or problems that may arise to prompt mitigation.
- Identify operational challenges and produce a plan to respond.
- Brief team on relevant operational/logistic matters.
- Ensure logistics and kitchen teams are working appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Organise driver schedules
- Follow strict security procedures
· Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- You will need to have the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills
- You will need to have excellent telephone manner
- Aviation experience / knowledge (preferred)
- Hold Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
- You will need to have good computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Report to the Operations Manager
Zero\-hour – with view to full\-time employment
Pay: £14\.50 per hour
