This is a leadership position responsible for managing end\-to\-end supply chain operations in Dublin, including field technicians, customer service, and warehousing teams. The core mission of this role is to balance commercial performance with clinical safety, requiring an experienced healthcare professional who can deliver world\-class service through an efficient, KPI\-driven infrastructure.
1\. Strategic Leadership \& Team Management
- Provide visionary leadership to a multidisciplinary team (Field Technicians, Customer Service, and Warehousing).
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and "patient\-first" service delivery.
- 2\. End\-to\-End Supply Chain Oversight
- Field Operations: Oversee the Field Technician team to ensure timely equipment installation, maintenance, and compliance with healthcare safety standards.
- Customer Excellence: Lead the Customer Service department to optimize the "order\-to\-delivery" journey and resolve complex escalations.
- 3\. Performance \& Efficiency (The "Priorities")
- KPI Excellence: Drive business performance through a suite of KPIs focused on labour productivity, stock accuracy, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Efficiency Identification: Identify "bottlenecks" in the supply chain and implement measurable efficiencies through process optimisation to reduce operational costs without compromising care.deliver
- 4\. Team Leadership \& Engagement
- Lead a diverse workforce across multiple functions, ensuring a unified culture of excellence.
- Bridge the gap between "back\-office" and "front\-line" to ensure seamless communication.
