Gazelle International Ltd is a SME business in Wokingham and we are a founding member depot of The APC network, which is the UK's largest parcel delivery network. We are delivery and collection specialists, who have been provided an excellent service for our customers for 30 years.

\`\`\`Duties\`\`\`
\- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organising parcel deliveries
\- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
\- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
\- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes
\- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
\- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
\- Utilize delivery routing system and other software tools to organise deliveries and collections, monitor shipments, and arrange redeliveries and returns
\- Assist with deliveries and/or collections when required

\`\`\`Qualifications\`\`\`
\- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
\- Knowledge of logistics principles and best practices
\- Ability to operate counterbalance and reach truck forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely
\- Excellent organizational and time management skills
\- Strong problem\-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

\- Monday 7am\-2pm

\- Tuesday\-Friday 5am\-2pm

\- Saturday 5am\-10am (rota basis)
