Operations and Customer Assistant
We’re a family\-run jewellery wholesale business dedicated to sourcing beautiful designs from around the world and bringing them to our stockists here in the UK.
There is a huge opportunity in the UK and abroad to sell our beautiful products, and we are now looking for an extra pair of hands to help us grow the business. You’ll be involved in all aspects of operations, from stock management, to eCommerce, to marketing and events.
We’re open to candidates at various experience levels – we’re looking for the right person with a great attitude and a desire to make an impact. In this role, there’s genuine room to progress and develop your career with us.
What the job involves
- Customer account management
- Stock management; labelling, pricing, organisation
- Processing of deliveries
- Processing of customer orders
- Website stock management
- Office management
- Social media and email marketing
- Event/exhibition management
- Self\-motivated \- you don’t mind working in a small team, or sometimes alone
- Organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Reliable and approachable, with a positive can\-do attitude
- You proactively identify issues and opportunities and help us tackle them
- Comfortable talking to customers and helping them with queries
- Some experience or willingness to learn basic Excel
- Educated to A\-level/higher education is a bonus
- Experience with Shopify is a bonus

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
