Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily business operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent phone etiquette. Duties
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support various departments
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing enquiries as appropriate
- Maintain accurate data entry using Microsoft Office programmes and dedicated company diary system
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively
- Support invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping by accurately and efficiently managing compliance paperwork
- Organise files both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve workflow
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Proven office experience or administrative background is desirable
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
