About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Operational Support Assistant to join our team on a fixed\-term basis to provide holiday cover and additional operational support during a busy period.
This role would be ideally suited to a university student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain valuable experience within a growing healthcare business. You'll work closely with our Operations, Marketing, and Patient Care teams, supporting a variety of administrative tasks that help our clinics run efficiently.
No previous healthcare experience is required\-just a positive ‘can do’ attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Provide general administrative support across all areas of the business.
- Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with data entry and record management.
- Support document preparation, filing, and compliance administration.
- Help coordinate internal meetings and distribute meeting notes where required.
- Assist with clinic and operational reporting.
- Support the management of stock, supplies, and equipment records.
- Help monitor and update internal processes and operational documents.
- Support the implementation of new systems and projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Care Team.
- Help with appointment\-related administration and clinic preparation.
- Support communication between satellite clinics and head office.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with one\-off operational projects.
- Support marketing and events administration when required.
- Help gather information and prepare reports for management.
- Strong organisational and time\-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Currently studying towards a degree or recently graduated.
- Previous administration, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Experience using spreadsheets and databases.
