YOUR MISSION \& RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will be a brand ambassador for GANNI. You will work from the heart of the business, control and navigate through the back\-of\-house (BOH) operations within this high performance store. You will lead the BOH operations and support the team to always deliver service that is seamless, efficient and dedicated to your colleagues and customers needs.
Operational Manager serves as an integral member of the stores performance, and reports directly to the Store Manager. By contributing to the successful implementation of BOH strategies and operational excellence that ensures brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. You will be a valued support to the Sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and KPI targets.
Responsibilities ahead of you:
- Understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth operations of the store.
- Ensure BOH is presentable, organized and easy to navigate at all time
- Strive to reach store and OMNI KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI\-driven environment.
- Responsibility for weekly stocktake and shrinkage results
- Responsibility for all operational activities, including handling deliveries, till procedure, returns processing, claims processing, tailor services etc
- Ensures all merchandise that is available for sale is represented on the sales floor in its proper location (working with VM); ensures products are properly tagged and priced.
- Communicates needs, adjustments, and problems to the Store Manager promptly and efficiently.
- Lead by example, managing conflict and identifying opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
- 2 years of experience in a customer\-driven retail environment, with a focus on stock management, preferably within fashion or store operations
- Experience with procedure tracking and development, with a track record of best practice performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
- Is fluent in English
- Experience working with RFID stock control, PowerBI and Navision is an advantage
- Highly organized, structured and service\-minded
- Procedure driven, results motivated and goal\-oriented
