Your Mission

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the companys operational performance.
Your goal is to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs and inventory levels, improve working capital, and strengthen overall organizational performance.
You will play a key role in transforming operations by fostering a strong culture of operational excellence aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy \& Continuous Improvement
- Define and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
- Lead cross\-functional initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste
Process Management
- Map, document, and standardize key business processes
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor process performance using key metrics
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track relevant KPIs
- Provide regular reporting to senior management
- Leverage data to support decision\-making and continuous improvement
Change Management \& Training
- Support organizational change to ensure adoption of best practices
- Train teams on operational excellence tools and methodologies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels
Collaboration \& Leadership
- Work closely with cross\-functional teams
- Lead project teams and improvement initiatives
- Coach and support employees in continuous improvement practices

Education
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Additional specialization is a plus
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement
- Proven track record in leading transformation projects
- Experience in the medical devices industry is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Solid project management capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office
