We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, optimise operational efficiency, and lead our team towards achieving organisational goals. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage and motivate teams, providing guidance, training, and support to optimise performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision\-making.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational integration.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise utilisation of resources effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leadership development, and professional growth within the team.
- Proven supervising experience in a managerial or leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimisation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
- Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are desirable but not essential. This position is integral to maintaining high standards of operational excellence while fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages growth and innovation.
