*We are seeking an eager* *Online Sales Executive* *to join our expanding team at our* *head office* *in* *Cork**.*
This is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy person to join the great team in our Online Sales Department: Winner of *Retail Excellence Ireland's* \- Medium Online Retailer of the Year Award 2022 and Large Online Retailer of the Year Award 2023 and 2024\.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Process online orders
- Ensure order follow up, by managing deliveries and collections for online orders
- Assist customers with the returns process and follow up on returned orders
- Manage and resolve customer queries, via phone and email
- Respond to and resolve queries from online chat portal
- Carrying out other necessary ad\-hoc administration duties
- Strong computer skills: an advanced knowledge of Office products essential
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Disciplined and organised, with the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and not afraid of hard work
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
