Onboarding Project Manager
Mapal Group is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to join our GTM\-CS Onboarding team!
We are looking for a native French speaker with strong English skills — and Spanish would be a great plus — to help us lead and coordinate customer implementation projects across our international markets.
Preferred location: Paris but We are also open to considering strong candidates based in Spain.
As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring a smooth, structured and high\-quality onboarding experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in SaaS implementation, project management, customer onboarding or delivery, who enjoys working with customers, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and driving successful go\-lives in a fast\-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of B2C software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards
Coordinate cross\-functional internal teams and third\-party stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Define, develop, and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring appropriate governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
Monitor and report on project performance using relevant tools, metrics, and KPIs, ensuring transparency and informed decision\-making
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, taking corrective action where required
Provide clear, timely status reporting to stakeholders and escalate risks or blockers where necessary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing expectations while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices, lessons learned, and developing leadership capability within project delivery
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within customer\-facing software implementation environments
Proven track record delivering customer projects in a global or multi\-regional setting
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross\-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and perform effectively in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance customer satisfaction while safeguarding business objectives and profitability
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools)
Experience with professional services automation (PSA) tools or project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Business\-level proficiency in multiple languages (English required; Spanish required; French highly desirable)
Flexibility to adjust working hours when needed to support global stakeholders and project demands
Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is advantageous
Skills

Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must.
Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritize and adapt in a rapid growth environment.
