Onboarding Administrator \- Bolton

- Coordinate the end\-to\-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies and compliance standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, addressing any queries
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary equipment and resources are prepared for new team members
- Assist in the delivery of induction materials and ensure new employees are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks as required
- Track and report on the progress of onboarding activities to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to onboarding
- Experience in administrative or HR\-related roles within the financial services industry
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using HR systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving and process improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to commute to Bolton
