Our Client
Our partner is a prestigious international financial institution based in the Kirchberg district. Known for its multicultural environment and its mission to support the European economy, this organization offers a professional and rigorous setting. We are currently looking for a detail\-oriented professional to support their Investment Operations Division.
Your Mission
Reporting to senior members of the division, you will ensure the integrity of financial data and the smooth flow of cash operations through the following pillars:
Cash Flow \& Mandate Management: Booking incoming cash flows within the eFront mandate module, monitoring payments, and escalating non\-payment issues.
Data \& Account Administration: Managing bank account openings in eFront and maintaining accurate static data updates.
Reconciliation \& Monitoring: Performing regular cash balance and deposit checks, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with the Finance Office to ensure complete bookings.
Compliance \& Audit Support: Assisting with ISAE exercises by identifying relevant control documents and ensuring all filing systems are up\-to\-date and accessible.
Digital Tools \& Documentation: Updating EUC (End User Computing) documentation and reviewing Alteryx and Tableau workflows to ensure operational completeness.
Your Profile
Education
University degree (preferably post\-graduate) in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in payments, settlements, or Back/Middle Office operations within the banking or financial sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (knowledge of eFront, Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerApps is a significant asset).
Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: You are a proactive team player with an obsession for precision and detail. You thrive under pressure, respect tight deadlines, and adapt easily to a multicultural professional environment.
