As an Office Manager at TMC, you play a versatile and financially/administratively responsible role where no day is the same! You ensure that everything runs smoothly regarding the onboarding, progression, and offboarding of our driven TMC Employeneurs. You are the central hub of the operation. In this dynamic position, you combine your organizational and financial talents to ensure the administrative side of the cell runs seamlessly. In addition to administrative and secretarial support, you are responsible for organizing internal events and gatherings a few times a year. Whether it's interacting with our employeneurs to address their questions or correctly handling invoices, your versatility and proactive attitude make all the difference!

What we expect from you

You have completed an MBO or HBO program in administration, commerce, or HR, and you have several years of work experience in a financial and HR support role. We are looking for an accurate individual who can monitor and facilitate all aspects of employee onboarding, development, and offboarding. \- Completed MBO or HBO program \- You are available 32 to 40 hours per week \- Affinity with high\-tech and/or fast\-changing environments \- Good command of Dutch and English \- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and socially skilled
