What You’ll Do
Operations
- Whilst based at the London (EC1\) office you will run day\-to\-day office life and our 2 x front\-of\-house team (London and Leeds)
- Manage facilities, suppliers, IT and budgets
- Support onboarding and team needs across locations
- Propose, organise and manage agency and client Events \& Experience
- Handle gifting, meetings, and office experience
- Oversee Health \& Safety
- Own compliance, training, and risk management
- Coordinate global travel including visa’s, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics
- Support CEO, MD, CSO \& Senior Team with diaries, travel, expenses, admin
- 3 years\+ in office management, PA or similar
- Highly organised, detail\-focused, and solutions\-driven
- Confident with senior stakeholders
- Strong communicator and relationship\-builder
- Experience across operations, suppliers, and events
- Tech\-savvy, adaptable, and resilient
- Discreet and professional with sensitive information
