We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to help keep our business running smoothly across our three offices, while continuing to build the supportive, collaborative environment our teams value.
This is a key role at the heart of the business, working closely with our directors and teams to ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently, professionally, and with care.

As Office Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day running of the business. You’ll lead and support our Administration Team, oversee key operational areas, and help maintain the high standards we’re known for.
This is a varied and hands\-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and supporting others to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the Administration Team, providing guidance, structure and regular feedback
- Manage day\-to\-day office operations across all three sites
- Oversee property and facilities, including maintenance and compliance requirements
- Support business compliance activities including data protection, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide cover and support across administrative, finance and HR functions when needed
- Work closely with Directors to ensure operational priorities are met
We’re keen to hear from individuals who bring both experience and the right approach to people and teamwork.
You will need:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager (or similar) role
- Previous management or supervisory experience, with the ability to support and develop others
- A good level of numeracy and confidence working with data and processes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and solutions\-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
