- 40,000 \+ Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the customer service team.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and queries.
- Develop positive relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team.
- Ideally Experience in a similar role or leading a team, but will consider an experienced Bodyshop CSA looking to progress.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
