Office Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a keen eye for detail. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing staff, and ensuring that office procedures run seamlessly. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Oversee correspondence, filing systems, and document management to maintain organisation standards
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance workflow
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast\-paced environment

Pay: £37,000\.00\-£39,000\.00 per year
