About the position
Managing daily office needs for team of 7 people and other general support of business activities:
Your tasks
- incoming and outgoing correspondence and samples management
- managing and ordering office appliance, water and food supplies
- contacting local authorities for needed documents and approvals
- supporting team on various spot requests
- filing KYC forms, tracking clearance process with the suppliers and clients
- checking and submitting invoices for payment
- support our HR activity
- supporting our social media profiles
- tracking SEO project of our website
- German language B2 or higher
- fluent Russian language knowledge is a must as team is Russian\-speaking (team of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan born professionals)
- fluent English a must as well
