Thanks to that approach, we’ve continued to grow year after year, and we’re now looking for an enthusiastic Office \& Digital Marketing Executive to become part of our friendly and ambitious team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, organisation, and communication. Alongside supporting the day\-to\-day operations of the business, you’ll also play an important role in helping grow the Keay Roofing \& Maintenon Services brand online and generate new business opportunities.

This role would suit someone with experience in SEO, Google Analytics, online advertising, and marketing strategies who is looking to build valuable long\-term skills within a growing company.

No two days are the same, and there is plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing \- Office \& Digital Marketing Executive

• Managing the daily diary and scheduling quotations and roofing jobs


• Speaking with residential, commercial, and property management clients


• Preparing daily job sheets for roofing engineers


• Supporting health \& safety procedures across projects


• Managing upcoming and outstanding payments


• Organising warranties and important client documents


• Assisting with vehicle fleet management


• Coordinating meetings with suppliers, contractors, and customers

Marketing \& Business Growth

• Assisting with social media content and online marketing


• Supporting SEO improvements across the company website


• Monitoring website traffic and performance using Google Analytics


• Assisting with Google Ads campaigns and marketing strategies


• Helping generate leads and support new business enquiries


• Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and online presence


• Supporting sales activity and customer follow\-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience with SEO and Google Analytics


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Confident using Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Excel


• Interest in marketing, advertising, and business growth


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills


• Comfortable speaking with customers and clients


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with changing priorities


• Previous office or administrative experience preferred


• Experience with Google Ads, social media platforms, or digital marketing is advantageous
